Charisse is a fun, energetic, creative, intelligent Information Technology professional with over 20 years’ of experience.  She holds two graduate degrees in both Information Technology and Healthcare Administration/ Informatics.  She currently works in Data Analytics and teaches both Basic and Advance Microsoft® Excel classes she developed. 

As a single mother of four amazing children (including a set of teenage triplets), Charisse has always been  an overachiever that views quality as a requirement not an option.  Viewing the glass as half-full  instead of half-empty  is the optimistic approach she takes with everything.
